We’ve created this guide to walk you through everything you need to know about using your ConsignCloud dashboard. From logging in and tracking your inventory to understanding payouts and getting support — it’s all here in one simple, easy-to-follow place. Let’s get started!

UNDERSTANDING BOTH PLATFORMS:

ConsignCloud is our digital system that lets you track your inventory, view payouts, and stay updated on what’s sold — all in one place.

Melio serves as our secure payment hub for providing consignors with ACH, Digital Check, or Virtual Card options.

RECEIVING YOUR ONBOARDING EMAIL

When you’re officially onboarded, you’ll receive a welcome email from Fashion Full Circle inviting you to access your consignor portal via ConsignCloud

IF YOU HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THIS EMAIL, PLEASE TEXT ‪(323) 510-6311‬ WITH YOUR FULL NAME AND EMAIL.

Upon receipt of the email, a temporary password will be sent to your email. Enter it to successfully log in.
Failure to change your password in the ACCOUNT SETTINGS will result in the need to repeatedly log in using a temporary password.

NAVIGATING THE PORTAL

This is your dashboard. Here you'll see your Balance determining your payout amount, Item History (sales, payouts and inventory changes), and the Item List displaying in-stock items.

To receive a quick insight into your portal about changes in inventory, sales, and payouts, click on the account icon in the top left corner.

Once in your Item List, you can scroll down to see which items you still have in stock, including which items have sold.

THE IMMEDIATE LIST ON CONSIGNCLOUD ONLY DISPLAYS 6 ITEMS ON BOTH YOUR HISTORY AND ITEM LIST.

IN ORDER TO SEE THE ENTIRETY OF YOUR HISTORY OR ITEM LIST, YOU MUST TAP ON THE EMPTY WHITE RECTANGLE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE LIST.

Repeat this action until it is no longer present and either list can no longer expand.

Please note: If an item is listed at $1 in your portal, this does not reflect the final sale price. It simply means the sale price has not yet been established. The actual sale price will be updated and visible in your portal once the item is sold.

PAYOUTS VIA MELIO

Upon onboarding, an email from Melio will be sent to you. Verify your email for the relevant message. Receiving this email is necessary for the first payment. You will then be redirected to Melio to input your payment details.

Upon opening the email, you will designate your payout preference: ACH or Paper check by mail.

ACH: This process takes 2-3 business days after the money is deposited. Please input your account and routing number to proceed with ACH Payments.

Paper Check: This process takes 5-7 business days after the money is deposited. Please input your current mailing address to proceed with check payments.

After the payment has processed, you will receive a receipt for the payout period via ConsignCloud. Your payout will be deposited into your account within the time indicated by your preferred payment method.
